Laurence H. Bates, M.D., from Indiana Oncology-Hematology Consultants in Indianapolis, Indiana, provides consultations on the first and third Thursday and second and fourth Friday of every month at Jasper County Hospital. Dr. Bates has been with Jasper County Hospital since October, 1990.

Robert Larew, M.D., performs consultations, procedures and surgeries. He is here every Tuesday.

Orthopedics

Daniel Daluga, M.D., from Arnett Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana, provides consultations and performs surgery every other Friday at Jasper County Hospital. Dr. Daluga earned his M.D. from the University of Illinois and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Gregory Konrath, M.D., from the Lafayette Orthopedic Clinic, provides consultations and performs surgeries on Monday afternoon and Thursday morning. He is also available for emergency surgery. His specialty is orthopedic trauma. He has been a member of the Hospital's consulting staff since April, 1999.

Plastic Surgery

Khoa Lai, M.D., performs consultations, procedures and surgeries. He is here one Monday afternoon per month.

Urology

M. Razvi, M.D., provides our Urology Services. He consults patients and performs surgery (including lithotripsy) in the Outpatient Department at Jasper County Hospital on Mondays and Thursdays. Dr. Razvi is from Watseka, Illinois and provides care at multiple rural facilities.
