Working closely with the primary and specialty physician, rehabilitation services is designed to maximize the patient's return to independence and productivity in the shortest time possible.
Jasper County Hospital Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy offers individualized patient care by a team of qualified professionals. Services offered include physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, an aquatic therapy pool, and athletic training services. Rehabilitation services are also available at the following facilities:
KV Health Centre an affiliate of the Hospital located in Wheatfield, Indiana
DeMotte Therapeutics an affiliate of the Hospital located in DeMotte, Indiana

A Fitness facility equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment is located within the Rehabilitation Department at Jasper County Hospital. Each of the satellite facilities also offers a fitness center. Jasper County Hospital is committed to individuals in our community to achieve their optimal state of well-being.
