Dr. Berg treats patients in the Outpatient Department each Monday, and also performs inpatient surgeries. Dr. Berg received his medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine. Her served a general surgery residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and a surgical fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY.
Provides consultations, procedures and surgeries in the Outpatient and Surgical Departments on alternating Mondays. Dr. McCuaig received his medical degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis where he also served his obstetrical and gynecological residency. he also served an internship at East Carolina University in North Carolina. Dr. McCuaig is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Sanghvi graduated from M.G.M. Medical College in India. He is in the Outpatient Department every other Thursday.
Mankus graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Mankus is in the Outpatient Department on the 2nd Wednesday afternoon of each month.
He graduated from Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine in Portland, OR. Dr. Sutton is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Sutton is in the Outpatient Department on the 4th Wednesday afternoon of each month.

Dr. Hammoud received his M.D. from Damascus University School of Medicine, Damascus, Syria. He performed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Hammoud completed his fellowship at the University of Chicago.
She performs consultations and procedures in the Outpatient Department at Jasper County Hospital each Thursday. She earned her M.D. from MBBS Patna Medical College Hospital at Patna University in India. Dr. Ahmed served her residency in neurology at University Hospitals and Clinics in Columbia, Missouri.
Provides consultations on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursdays of every month at Jasper County Hospital. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Bates has been with Jasper County Hospital since October, 1990.

Dr. Highhouse is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

He graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis where he also served an internship in general surgery and residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Page is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Ferdinand is a pain management specialist. He is here every Thursday. Dr. Ramos graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and is board certified in anesthesiology.
Performs consultations, procedures and surgeries. He is here one Monday afternoon per month. Dr. Lai graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery.
Performs consultations and procedures on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month in the Outpatient Department. His practice emphasis is in all aspects of podiatry. Dr. Costidakis received his DPM from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. His internship was completed at Podiatry Associates of Indiana.
Practices podiatry in Merrillville, DeMotte and Rensselaer. He graduated from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. He performs surgeries at Jasper County Hospital.
Provides consultations monthly in the Outpatient Department beginning July 31st. His specialities are critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine, sleep disorders and sleep medicine. Dr. Ahsan is Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine. He speaks Arabic, English and Spanish. Dr. Ahsan is affiliated with St. Elizabeth Regional Health/Franciscan Physician Network.
The Radiology Department conducts nuclear medicine, mammography and bone density testing, as well as MRI, CT scanning and ultrasound. Dr. Hossler received his M.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1981. He became American Board of Radiology certified in 1985.
Associated with the Indiana Spine Center of Unity Health Care in Lafayette, Indiana. Dr. Brkaric specializes in orthopedic spine surgery and is board certified in orthopedics. He is in the Outpatient Department every other Friday. Dr. Brkaric graduated from State University of New York College of Medicine.
Provides our Urology Services. He consults patients and performs surgery (including lithotripsy) in the Outpatient Department at Jasper County Hospital on Mondays and Fridays. Dr. Razvi is from Watseka, Illinois and provides care at multiple rural facilities. He graduated from Christian Medical School.
