Jasper County Hospital

Jasper County Hospital Foundation

Friends of Jasper County Hospital who join our Hospital family through financial contributions help to extend and support our mission to deliver quality health services.

Memorial Gifts

Memorial Gifts given in memory of a deceased relative or friend are acknowledged both to the donor and the family of the deceased person. The amount of the contribution is not divulged to the family unless the donor so requests. The memorialized person's name is permanently inscribed in the Book of Memory in the Hospital lobby area.

Honorary Gifts

Honorary Gifts given in honor of a person, special occasion (birthday, anniversary, or congratulatory greeting) are acknowledged both to the donor and an appropriate greeting sent to the honored individual(s). The amount of the contribution is not divulged to the honored individual(s) unless the donor so requests.

Pledges

Pledges are an excellent way of making a major contribution. Pledges may be paid in installments over a donor designated period of time. The Foundation staff is pleased to send convenient reminders of the payments due.

Partners In Health

Partners in Health membership is open to any individual, organization or business willing to make an annual commitment to the Foundation. The types of memberships are:

Individuals - $100.00 or more annually

Organizations - $100.00 or more annually

Businesses - $250.00 or more annually

Members are invited to the annual Donor Appreciation Program and a paperweight for their home or office, and they are listed as a Partner in Health on the Donor Recognition Board in the Hospital lobby area.

Planned Gifts

Planned Gifts, such as personal property, real estate, stock, securities and bonds are gratefully received and may provide significant tax savings for the donor.

Gifts of insurance can provide the donor with tax savings and make a large future gift to the Hospital. A new policy may be written through your preferred insurance agent. A policy that is no longer needed may be used in this positive and unique way. If the Foundation is made the beneficiary and owner of the policy, premiums or face values at the time of the gift can be credited on the donors income tax return as a contribution.

By remembering the Jasper County Hospital Foundation in your will, you know that you have made a major contribution to the future health care of your family, friends and neighbors. It is suggested that donors contact their financial planner or attorney before making a planned gift.

Donors who have made a documented planned gift to the Foundation will be recognized in their lifetime on the Donor Recognition Board in the Hospital lobby area.
