The Jasper County Hospital based S.A.F.E.R. (Sexual Assault Factual Education for Resistance) program recently was the recipient of additional equipment which will help those individuals who have experienced a sexual assault. An equipment cart was donated by the Jasper Foundation Rensselaer Women's Giving Circle assisted by proceeds from the recent S.A.F.E.R. Real Men Walk.
The mission of S.A.F.E.R. is to offer sexual assault resistance education, provide treatment, and serve as advocates for survivors and families.
