Home Health Care - Extended Hours Service
Extended hours is a program to provide care for longer periods of time. We accept private pay, medicaid, medicaid waiver, CHOICE, other state and federal programs, and commercial insurances as sources of payment. We will work with you to find coverage. We also sponsor our own Caring Hearts and Hands program to assist those with limited or no resources.

Extended hours services include the following:
CERTIFIED AIDESSupervised by a Registered Nurse
Personal hygiene Ambulation Assistance with ADL's ExercisesHOMEMAKERS
Meal preparation including shopping Housekeeping LaundryATTENDANT CARE
Trained individuals who can:
Assist with personal care Do light housekeeping Shopping/other errands Respite care
