Cardiac rehabilitation is an ongoing process of comprehensive care to individuals who are recovering from a heart attach, heart surgery or those prone to heart disease.

The program is conducted with the guidance of a Board Certified Cardiologist. A team of health professionals prescribe and monitor individualized exercise prescriptions and diet.
